NW Clinical Senate Council
If you are keen to get more involved, then there will regularly be opportunities to apply to join the NW Clinical Senate Council. This process is more formal and will require an application and interview.
This small multi-professional expert group has a membership of up to 35 people, the majority being clinicians in roles with regular patient contact. The Council provides overall leadership and direction to support management of the Senate’s business. It maintains strategic clinical oversight across the NW region and is primarily responsible for the formulation and provision of independent expert advice, drawing on the views and opinions of the wider Assembly when required.
