The South East Clinical Senate have now published their latest proactive report which can be accessed via the following link : Patient Access to Healthcare
The report is intended to increase awareness and understanding of patient access to healthcare records from a digital perspective, the barriers and facilitators to improved access, what is achievable now and what may be achievable in the future, and critically what patients want from access to their healthcare records.
This work has only been made possible by the voluntary contribution of colleagues and public and patient representatives from the Senate Council and across the southeast region who are acknowledged in the report on p45 and we would like to sincerely thank them for their efforts.
