Jo Alner shared honest reflections on her recent experience of writing a pre-consultation business case (PCBC), building on a summary of insights shared by Liz Knight & Steph Hood (CF, Hood & Woolf). Hot off the press are also some vox pops from Tim Barton, regional reconfiguration lead for the North East & Yorkshire, outlining the role of regional colleagues in supporting PCBCs and Emily Steward, Head of South East Clinical Senate on clinical engagement (via the same link). Regional leads can help you with change proposals, from major consultations through to engagement-led processes.
There was lots of positive feedback, particularly regarding the value of hearing from colleagues willing to share their challenges and learning during major service change.
