Health Education England (HEE) Workforce Transformation team support providers and systems in addressing their workforce challenges and defining innovative workforce solutions. To support this work, we use the HEE Star methodology as our operating model which is simply explained in the video links below.

The HEE Workforce Transformation team have used the Star to frame conversations with key stakeholders and delivered a range of local, regional and national workshops relating to specific workforce challenges. To date, colleagues across the country have also been trained in the HEE Star to further spread use of the model, with representation from 90% of ICS’s.
