The overall objectives of the programme are to:
- provide accessible learning and development opportunities that will increase individual skills and knowledge as well as system capacity and capability in key areas of service change and reconfiguration
- reduce the risk of successful challenges or judicial reviews through early and supportive collaboration between all stakeholders engaged in major service change
- offer a more consistent message and approach for delivering service change
- encourage and support collaboration, ongoing learning and peer support, and network building within and across systems to build capacity and capability.

The workspace has lots of resources to support you to deliver service change, from case studies, example documents, and our Major Service Change Interactive Handbook.
Slides will be provided following each module and CPD accreditation will be available for those who attend the full session. NHSE are committed to delivering high quality content and most sessions include breakout sessions for facilitated discussions, which are planned in advance. Therefore if you do book but are later no longer able to attend a module please cancel it via Eventbrite as soon as possible or please contact nhsei.ld@hoodwoolf.co.uk with your name and the module you are no longer able to attend.
